Nutritional Therapist and Medical Herbalist BSc(Hons) DipCNM:

- During our first consultation I will take an extensive medical history, discuss dietary intake, and collect all the data I need to support you.

- I will then research your case and after approx. 48 hours I will email you a tailored naturopathic nutrition plan with dietary and lifestyle suggestions, and if applicable a herbal prescription and recommendations for supplements and / or testing. We will discuss your plan during a phone call or zoom call to answer any queries you may have.

- Seeing a nutritional therapist / medical herbalist is not a substitute for seeking professional medical advice and treatment. I may refer you to your GP or other medical professional if necessary.

- I work in full compliance with the ethical conduct of my professional bodies and all information will be treated as confidential and files kept in a secure location not accessible by third parties.

- I am fully insured for all treatments.

The Client (you):

- It is your responsibility to contact your doctor about any health concerns you may have.

- Please advise your doctor of the nutritional plan you will be following. Please also advise any other complementary medicine practitioners you are consulting.

- It is important that you tell your practitioner about any medical diagnosis you have received any prescription medication, herbal medicine or food supplements or over the counter medication you are taking as it may affect the nutritional programme.

- If you are unclear about any part of your plan then you should contact your practitioner immediately for clarification.

- Your nutritional program and supplement plan will have a time frame and you should not continue with recommendations outside of this unless agreed by your nutritional therapist. This is to avoid any adverse reactions.

- Please report any concerns about your program to your nutritional therapist for discussion at your next consultation.

Cancellation policy for 1 -2 -1 consultations: Please note I require 24 hours notice for all consultations, after this a a cancellation charge of 50% of the full price is applicable.
