Veg with Dip - when you don’t have much time!
Chop a variety of veg into sticks, i.e. carrots, cucumber, celery, peppers, fennel - whatever you have to hand
You can buy a variety of dips such as hummus, baba ganoush or you could mash an avocado with some garlic and lemon juice
Add some oat cakes or toasted pitta bread
You can add a source of protein e.g. hardboiled egg.
