HEALTHY BREAKFAST: TOAST & EGGS
Eating breakfast gives your body energy and will help to stabilise your blood sugar levels throughout the day.
Make wholegrain, rye, sourdough or spelt toast
Top with either sardines (great for omega 3 healthy fats), 1-2 eggs, nut butter, hummus, avocado and sliced tomato, mushrooms, cottage cheese

Scrambled, poached, omelette, boiled, frittata
Try adding peppers, spinach, kale, onion, tomato, mushrooms, watercress, chillies, peas for extra flavour and valuable nutrients.
